The SketchCan Caravan is a family run arts education company. It was founded in 2018 by Lydia O’Neill, a multidisciplinary community artist and early childhood arts teacher. Since moving to Ireland in 2020 she has collaborated with her husband Martin and daughter Trudy to write, produce and tour work for young audiences.
Lydia and Martin have over 20 years teaching experience, working with children and young people in the UK, Thailand, Switzerland and Ireland. Trudy studied drama, dance and psychology, and specialises in creative support for people with complex needs.
